A beautiful place to stay. It's so quiet and the views are wonderful. You can make wonderful walks and we had a nice contact with the owner! Lots to discover in the neighbourhood.

Veldig fint sted! Vi hadde noen fine dager i leilighet Skarvann. Fin, ren og stor leilighet, hyggelig vertskap, barnevennlig område og fint basseng! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

The setting and the view were stunning. The cabin was charming and rustic. It was close to the park and our adult kids enjoyed swimming each morning down at the waterfront.

Very nice apartment. We stayed as a small family and had enough space. The region is beautiful and well connected to Risør via traditional ferry (at least during our stay). We can fully recommend.

Flott hytte/hus med alt vi trengte. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake.

Vi hadde en fantastisk langhelg på Jegertunet! Stedet var akkurat som beskrevet – utrolig koselig og helt perfekt for oss: seks voksne, fire barn på rundt 10 år, og en glad hund. Barna bodde i bassenget fra vi kom til vi dro, med sklien, boblebadet og badstuen som store favoritter. Verandaen ble samlingspunktet vårt for lek, grilling og avslapping i solveggen. Vi trengte ikke å ta med noe som helst – alt var på plass og klart til bruk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra enkelt og behagelig. Vi utforsket nærområdet med flotte turer til både sjøen og vannet i nærheten, og tennisbanen ble flittig brukt av de små små. En ekstra bonus var den fine turen til Risør med den lille ferja, og det morsomme besøket i akvariet som skapte mye glede for hele familien. Vi kan varmt anbefale både stedet og utleier – her får man virkelig alt man trenger for en super ferie. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Die Hütte ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Wir haben den Silvester dort verbracht .Sie liegt ruhig und in einer schönen Umgebung. Mit 4 Personen hatten wir dort ausreichend Platz. Das Duschen teilt man sich etwas ein. Das ist überhaupt kein Problem. Nach starkem Schneefall wurde schnell geräumt und wir sind auch „nur“ mit Winterreifen ausgestattet gut zurechtgekommen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Es ist sicher auch im Sommer sehr schön dort.

We stayed at Sigmund's tree house for two nights and it was a great experience. Sigmund welcomed us warmly and showed us everything and gave us many recommendations for activities. He checked on us every day and was always available. The tree house was cozy decorated and had everything as described.

We spent a lovely journey in the "caravan + cabin"; and kids loved the campsite. Elin was helpful and it was easy to communicate. The place is charming; with all equipment we needed.

100% recommend. The location of this place is just so beyond breathtaking. They have kept up this property to perfection. The barn is absolutely stunning. The old house is just done so perfectly. Coziest place I’ve ever stayed. Also - GO TO THE BEACH! The beach they have in the photos is so much more amazing then you could imagine. Most beautiful beach I’ve ever been too overlooking mountains. So worth it. This place went so beyond my expectations and will 100% be back here. The host is so incredibly kind as well. Absolutely amazing place. This is one of those once in a lifetime experiences - so yeah I’m definitely coming back haha ❤️

Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Es gab für uns sogar zwei Säcke Holz für den Kamin. Das war auch gut, weil das Wohnzimmer nur mit den Kamin beheizt werden kann. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und Trude reagierte auch immer sehr schnell. Einziges Manko: Der Weg zum Haus ist eine Mautstraße und kostet 100 NOK pro Einfahrt. Da haben wir uns gut überlegt, ob wir größere Ausflüge machen. Auch zum Einkaufen muss man dort entlang.

Den koselige hytta til Trond og familie ligger fint til med nydelig utsikt og sol hele dagen. Hytta har alt man trenger. Fantastisk service og kommunikasjon med Trond. Anbefales!

Booked the place for our two engineers, who were working in the area. The place was nice and cozy, suited all their needs. Great communication too!

Great place to stay, even when you're stay is longer than just a view days. It was a good spot too forget the troubles of ordinary life. I had everything I needed. A big bathtub (lake), toilet (hole in the ground), silence and good company (bordercollie). Communication with owner was very good and did reply messages quickly. Owner was also willing to bring luggage to the cabin and in for a good conversation during our rides. So, I can go on and on with compliments but that will never fit in this window. I'll be back someday without any doubts 👌

We arrived in the dark. And were absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty of the place! Even in the dark! Every morning, drinking our first cup of coffee and gazing out at the lake, we could not get over the view, the landscape, the tranquility and peacefulness. Went canoeing, fishing, hiking, exploring and swimming (the kids could not get enough of the natural water slides in the area). We had such a remarkable, adventurous and relaxing time. Truly hope we get to return here one day. What an extraordinary place!
