We had a calm and super quiet overnight in Amherst (even saw a fox in the neighborhood)— Eva was very responsive and even alerted me when our car’s lights were still on! I will also say that each room has an individual heater and needs to be turned on during winter when it can be quite chilly. Otherwise, the place is as described.

Kate’s place is absolutely lovely! The house is cozy and welcoming—I felt right at home the moment I arrived. As a city girl in the country “sticks,” I really appreciated how safe and comfortable everything felt. The kitchen is super well-stocked, which made cooking fun and easy during my stay. Kate is a fantastic host—super responsive and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!
