Eric is a great host, available and attentive. Thank you so much for your help and attention during our stay! The accommodation is beautiful and very well-equipped, the outdoor space is very well arranged, nothing is missing for a weekend with family or friends!

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

Simply perfect! It's a gem! The accommodation offers all the essentials for a great weekend.

The cottage matches the photos and is within walking distance of 10 min from the center. The welcome was simply directly with Christine and warmly. We were there at the end of May and the small garden is perfect for breakfast or relaxing after a day, surrounded by greenery and calm. The interior of the cottage is functional and tasteful. The bathroom is modern and well redone. Christine also gave us tips about the shops nearby. A cottage that we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week in Jocelyne's well-kept cottage! A lovely garden with different seats and beautiful views of the Loire. In June, the roses are beautifully in bloom. The cottage is well equipped , and has a French cozy atmosphere. The bedroom is spacious and has a good bed. The communication with Jocelyne was friendly and quick. The area offers many opportunities for beautiful bike rides (e.g. Chambord castle) or walks along the Loire. In short, a nice B&B!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aude’s apartment. It was bigger than we expected and we appreciated the wine that she left for our arrival! The bedding was comfortable and as others have mentioned, the coffee machine was very nice to have. We had a rental car so made use of her private garage on the street behind the apartment. We loved the balcony and view of the river, though there is ongoing construction between the apartment and the river so the construction site/crane took away from the tranquility. There was also quite a bit of construction noise during the day, though we were out most of the working hours so it didn’t bother us too much.

The place is beautiful and very well maintained, ideal for children. There are 3 cottages in the same place. We had the one upstairs, very cute, 1 bedroom under the roofs and the living room also so 2 rather warm rooms. The host was very nice, we were able to arrive at 4 p.m. instead of 6 p.m.

Claude and Ginette are charming and very attentive. They care about satisfying their hosts. Their accommodation in the countryside is very nice and has the necessary equipment for a hassle-free stay. I highly recommend and thank them for their warm welcome.

Bénédicte is a very responsive and pleasant host. Its accommodation, located in a quiet residence with parking space, allowed us to be close to the Beauval Zoo Park. Everything is as described. Clean, tidy, and arranged. The instructions were very clear. We had to rent her other accommodation on a different date, having had an organizational problem she was very understanding and accommodating. We are sure that this other accommodation is just as impeccable. Thanks again for that. Emma and Leo

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old district of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

We had a great time at Bertrand's place. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. The listing matches the photos and descriptions perfectly. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks for the stay.
