The location is superb and the homestay had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Daison is a wonderful person who not only received us when we arrived but also helped us with some much needed information. The house is 172 years old built as per traditional Kerala architecture, established right on the backwaters. Its exactly how it has been described on airbnb and even better. A very spacious property with ample parking space, open area situated in a serene, calm place. The roads are perfect for an evening stroll with a setting sun. Hormese as a host is very gracious, friendly, responsive and very polite. he immediately sent us the location and paths we needed to follow, followed by food recommendations around the place and also sorted our itinerary for the day ahead. I checked in like 9 PM and still there wasn't any issue. Even Hormese came to make sure that we were comfortably settled in. Would highly recommend this place and the host. 10/10
