Attentive Host, clean and very well equipped property. We stayed in four people, but would give six with peace of mind. A safe place with several services nearby: from market to massage clinic. It was well worth it.

We have had an excellent time. Maria welcomed me very warmly and gave me the guidance I needed. Always very helpful. The apartment was clean, linens and towels too. The location was great for the places I chose to visit.

Small but comfortable place. Many establishments nearby, including the best açaí I've ever had is one block away. Dona Iraídes is very receptive and treated us super well! Recommended!

My experience at Thiago's place was the best possible!! I have nothing to complain about, the place is great, spacious and very comfortable, besides that I needed to arrive earlier than check-in and leave later than checkout and Thiago was super helpful and did not mind extending my stay by a few hours, nothing to complain about🙏🙏

I travel to the house with my family, the house is very pleasant, it perfectly meets the expectations that you have, doña Marleny, the person in charge of the house, excellent person, very organized and attentive. It has a great location, close to parrot park, restaurants, bars and shops, in a safe neighborhood. On a future occasion we will be sure to take it again🤗

I have been staying with Davide in Iquitos since 2022, and traveling to iquitos since 2017. I feel very safe with him and his family and the other guests who come over. Any questions or concerns I may have be it groceries, dentist, cell phone repairs, and on and on Davide has always been able to help by utilizing his knowledge of the community he lives in. Casa Italia is cleaned constantly every day, the rooms are perfect for my needs where I can retreat in comfort or socialize if I want to. I highly recommend staying here if it's your first time in Iquitos or you have been coming for years.

It is a large apartment, by the standards of Manaus, with a good location in relation to the supermarkets and shopping malls. It has the basic items for a good stay, it can easily accommodate 5 people. The building's staff, gatekeepers, trusts, are welcoming and polite. It has a children's pool. The building (building itself) is old, but the apartment is cozy. In the case of Manaus, where prices are exorbitant for services that are often offered, is a good cost-benefit.

Antenor was a very careful host with us, which made hosting in the apartment very positive. The place is spacious and airy. He made it clear that for us we could talk to him and he was still very kind and requesting with our particular situations. The space has a parking space available, which is essential for those going to Manaus to stroll a lot in the center. I highly recommend it!
