Vacation rentals with beach access in Amatique Bay

Great place to rent in the village of Placencia. Excellent response and accommodation from staff. Clean, updated, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Nicolle’s property at Lazy Pam Suites in Placencia! The unit looked exactly how it was displayed on the pictures including the beach view! Check in and check out were a breeze. Karissa, the property manager, was extremely helpful from beginning to end. She answered all of our questions promptly and gave local recommendations for our needs. The property also included security cameras and personnel who kept watch of everyone entering and exiting the premises. They also close gates around the building late at night even though the area is already extremely safe! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

This place was perfect for our week in Placencia. it is conveniently located just off "the Sidewalk" (which is at the heart of Placencia) but was quiet and relaxing. The views from the front porch were fabulous. We had direct access to the beach and enjoyed the hammock and swing. The kitchen is adequate and more than adequate for what we needed (lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance). The washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

In over 15 years of Air BnB rentals, this place was among my favorite! We felt as if we were staying in a true work of art. The architecture was exquisite! It was extremely comfortable and spacious with details in all the materials used. Aside from the beauty, other redeeming factors included the showers (roomy with a serious hot water and significant pressure), the views, the respectful cat who stayed outdoors, the pool (day and night) and Miriam- the incredible property manager. Cheery, informative, hard working and friendly! I worked during my stay, and the Wifi was not ideal. A 20' CAT5 cable would be ideal, if you'd need to work. We stayed four nights. My regret is that we didn't stay for double that! Sending a bow of gratitude for our time there!

George was a truly great host, if I had any questions or need something, all I had to do was ask!! Would definitely stay with George again.

Stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. Candace , the property manager, was fantastic! From the time I first contacted her right up until my departure everything was great. Candace picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, gave me a tour of Placencia, offered breakfast and dinner recommendations, and coordinated day events in the area. I highly recommend Candace and the properties she manages.

Excellent host, she was very nice and helped us arrange the schedule to one that was more convenient for our group. The house is just as shown in the photos, and even more beautiful, it was equipped with all the essentials and the night watchman was punctual at check-in and check-out. Very good experience.

My family and I are extremely grateful for the hospitality. Johana and Mario are very warm and friendly. The property is wonderful!!! Very well located. We highly recommend it (we hope to return soon!!!)

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

Andrea and Victor were very welcoming, and kind. He brought us coconuts left complimentary bread and had everything we needed 😇 beautiful house, and only steps way from the beach 💙

An incredible host. Very responsive, kind, and welcoming. Kat greeted us when we arrived and was present when needed but not intrusive. Kat had plenty of recommendations for local businesses, and it's clear she's connected with her community as she reached out for solutions to a major sunburn. The place was very clean, full of amenities, and very comfortable. We had been planning this trip for over a year, and Kat was very communicative through the whole process. Highly recommend her place(s).

I can't express how happy I am with this place. walking distance to the pier, bar and restaurants. Jenny made us feel right at home. extremely kind and commutative about everything. we had a 8 hour drive we were hot and tired when we checked in late night and she let us enjoy the pool after hours. that was so thoughtful of her. the place had everything and it was immaculate clean and packed with so many goodies to be comfortable. the condo was so nice and comfortable that we didn't wanted to leave the place to explore the areas of Tela. we will definitely be coming back to visit Jenny's place. Thank you Jenny.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa Telamin. Easy check-in, spotless linens and pan de coco waiting for us upon arrival. The downstairs hammock area was wonderful and being close to the beach made for a tranquil and beautiful stay. We also made use of the board games in the home. The care taker of the home checked in on us and cut down coconuts from the backyard which was wonderful on a hot sunny day.

It was a real pleasure to be at his house. great place.

This villa was in a great location, in the center of the peninsula, making everything equally accessible. The space was very clean and the AC worked great! We really enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the view of the sea while swimming. The restaurant across the road has a perfect view of the sunset. The sunrise view from the balcony of the villa was so wonderful! We extended our stay because we enjoyed the villa so much.

The accommodation was perfect, easy to get to, the host was attentive to everything, was kind at check-in and check-out, totally recommended

We visited Placencia during Tropical Storm Sara (Nov 2024). As we have never been in a tropical storm (snow blizzards are what we are used to), it was a panic when traveling into one with our 2 children. All we ever want is for them to be safe. Tracy was kind to let us check in a couple hours earlier for peace of mind. Thankfully - the storm hit north of us and the weather improved through out our stay. We love the location - watching and listening to the waves facing the Caribbean, and then having the lagoon on the other side. My kids swam every day in the pool, even when it was pouring rain. Rosa, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again next time we visit. The use of the kayaks was a great perk. We didn’t use the bikes.

I had an amazing 10 star experience here - the condo had everything I needed for a very comfortable month-long stay. I felt right at home and very safe. SA, the owner, was very proactive with communication and provided so much helpful info (how to get fresh juice and local meat delivered, which days to visit the produce stands, duty free at the airport, etc). Emma and Edwin, the caretakers, are so friendly and are always available to help. Beyond spending your days on the beach, you can book numerous tours to keep you occupied (scuba, snorkel, cave tubing, Mayan ruins, ziplining, etc). I spent a lot of time just chillin' on the beautiful porch watching the gorgeous sunsets with a Belikin in-hand. If you rent a golf cart or bike, you can easily be in the heart of the town in 5-7 minutes with access to wonderful restaurants, markets and shops. I can't wait to come back when SA is also in town because she'd be a very cool person to hang out with!

I'm sure it was a pleasant stay, my children and other family members enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend it for groups of 12 ✔️

a wonderful place to disconnect and enjoy as a family. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and above all, private. The host is very attentive and his manager Tony is very helpful and always available for anything that came up during the stay. Highly recommended. We would definitely go back
