Eric’s place, Homey Lodge is a great place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly especially Winston and Henry. The environment is extremely peaceful and you get a beautiful view from the top floor lounge. The staff even went out of their way for us when we had special requests for them which was much appreciated. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to people that want some calmness and just a good time.

Greetings, My family had a amazing time time staying at this Airbnb. Osei’s nephew Mr. Gerrald was a great assistance to my family the whole stay. We felt like we were home. There is some cosmetics that need to be done that we shared with Mr. Gerrald. The home was clean yet it needs a deep cleaning, master shower drainage needs to be fix, bedroom next to master shower needs to be looked at as if showering there’s a leak in the kitchen down stairs. Other cosmetics issues due to area was blackouts, no hot water, over last two days will not work. Overall great stay and assistance with nephew Gerrald. Thank you Mr. Osei.

This place was a gem! clean, stylish, and located in a significant part of Kumasi town. Our host (Nana Kwame) was so kind and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely stay here again

Karmel truly understands the assignment of what service is about. After having to cut my stay short else where with a horrible experience, the best decision i made was to book his property. I got in touch quite late, but they were available and responded to me very quickly. Upon arrival, when i shared a concern that had nothing to do with him directly. He expeditiously upgraded me, and as a hotelier myself, that was indeed some 5 star service right there! The place was well equipped to cook my own meals, and it really felt like home! Catching a taxi to the central part of town was just at the doorstep. It was peaceful, quiet, and really served the purpose of why i was there. After staying for 7 nights and could have traveled back home for my meeting, i chose to stay on two more nights, and that is how comfortable i felt! He stayed in touch to ensure i was comfortable. He is indeed very down to earth and pleasant. I appreciate great service, and that is exactly what Karmel gave me!

The response rate of Sowah is a top 👌 notch. The apartment is so neat with the state of the art facilities. The smiling and hospitable nature of the staff from reception to the restaurant and bar is 100%.
