A unique design in an atypical souplex-type configuration. Come and discover this superb little 30 m2 loft located in the heart of the hyper-center, a stone's throw from Place Stanislas and opposite Rue Gourmande. Fall in love with the neo-retro decor bathed in the world of travel, all under the gaze of a 1974 Moto Guzzi. The building is backed by old fortifications of the city of Nancy where you will find in the room each stone signed by the cutter of the time.

Located in a peaceful area adjacent to a greenway. Only 20 min drive to Place Stanislas and 7 min to a shopping area. Animals allowed.
