Thank you for visiting Kamin Kanazawa Private Hotel. This house is newly renovated in Dec, 2019. Almost all are looks brand new but still you can feel Japanese traditional house. Easily accessible from Kanazawa station by bus or a taxi. Indeed, it's walkable distance as it's 1,200meter (0.8 mile) but we recommend to get a bus. You can easily access to all attractions where most of tourist visits, i.e. Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa Castle park, Omicho Fish Market or Higashiyama Chaya District.

百 HAKU <100-year-old Quaint Japanese Style Villa>

HAKU is a Japanese Style Villa. You can enjoy your private time as in your home. “HAKU“ is one of the readings of the character “百” which means “hundred”. Medieval Haiku poet, Basho Matsuo likened eternal passage of time to "百代の過客", a permanent traveller. In his time, a hundred years was expressed as eternal. HAKU was originally built as a farmer’s shed about a hundred years ago. It was recently relocated and renovated for another hundred years. HAKU will welcome you as traveling companions.

Nearby attractions: Shirayama-hime and Kinken Shrine. Kanazawa is a 20-minute drive, or take the Ishikawa Line. Personalized local recommendations available upon request.

Natural hot spring in a cottage with cypress bath

"Hinoki no ie" is a wooden house surrounded by the nature of the Noto area. It's located right in-between of Kanazawa and Oku-Noto and it's about an hour by car from both, making it convenient for sightseeing. You can relax in the living room, the Japanese-style room or the cozy open space. The bath is made of hinoki, Japanese cypress. When you step into the bathroom your whole body is enveloped in the scent of the wood. The sea is also very close.
