Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Modern townhouse, located in a green area, close to the city center and the beach, with great access to public transportation. The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Cozy Family home in Copenhagen

Cozy house with 4 bedrooms and 7 sleeping spaces. The house consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor. There is a large bathroom in the basement (with a shower) and a smaller bathroom on the first floor (with a bathtub). Amenities include an espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and WiFi. The house is conveniently located near a metro station (DR Byen, a 5-minute walk), and Copenhagen’s attractions are within cycling distance.

Big house close to airport, beach and city center!

Our lovely home with room for 2 adults and 3 kids have been newly modernized. You can sit the beautiful garden while you have dinner or in the lounge are with a small bon fire. The beach is only 20 minutes by walk, you will be located only 12 minutes by car to Copenhagen and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Great for families who likes to stay in a silent areas, but yet be close to Copenhagen. We do love this place and we are sure you will as well :)

Just 10 minutes by metro from the city centre, surrounded by both nature and a vibrant new community with restaurants, scandinavias largest shopping center, cafees, restaurants, fitness and small shops, you are welcome to our Bohemian cul-de-sac 2 story House built in 2022 with all modern ameneties. Easy access from the airport by metro. Also, we are happy to say that this part of the city has the lowest crime rate in Copenhagen.

New wooden house with 7 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - huge dining kitchen and 2 livingrooms. Wonderfull outside terrasse dining and relaxing area - parking for 3 vehicles. High sealings and bright rooms with roof windows. Walking distance from Metro, which will take you all over Copenhagen in minuttes. And hot water is included in the price/rent - just clarifying this after numerous questions :-)
