Nice and clean apartment. The renters responded quickly if there were any questions.

We enjoyed it! A lovely house with everything you need, a nice garden and very quiet. Andreas and Katrin are very friendly and helpful. In a few minutes you can be among the fields, wonderful for the dog. The supermarket is at walking distance. It was a great mini vacation and we would love to come back and for sure. Hopefully not too many people discover this fantastic place!

We felt very comfortable in Adrian's loft. There was everything we needed for our weekend stay. Our dog was also welcome. Adrian is a very accommodating host. We enjoyed the fact that we were able to use the sauna. Thank you for that! It was a relaxing time in beautiful surroundings.

For three or four days, a wonderful small apartment that is furnished with individuality. 6-7 min to the main shopping street and the countless restaurants. In summer and in the heat (we had almost 30 degrees in May) the apartment is super cool, located in the backyard. A treat.

Once again we stayed at Matthias’ place while visiting beautiful, historic Bad Homburg. We were able to fulfill our “saudade” with the Schloss Park & surrounding area. Beautiful city. Thanks again! We are always so comfortable.

Six of us celebrated our girlfriend's bachelorette party and cooked at Heidi's place, played the piano and stretched out on the various seating areas. We felt a bit like Burgfräulein in the three-story, winding accommodation and felt very comfortable in the extravagant, loving decor style. Heidi and her little daughter were very nice and open and the breakfast the next morning totally delicious. Thank you!

The place was easy to find and close to the station, conveniently located on the ground floor (I carry a lot of luggage so it's helpful to avoid stairs), and the room was very clean. I needed a blow drier which the host got within 15 mins and handed it over!

Very nice people, accommodation was small but very cozy and well equipped. Always happy to come back!

We gave our friends a couple's getaway shortly before the birth of the twins. The two were incredibly satisfied with the location, friendliness and tranquility that was given to them. Even with a booking problem on our part, the two were direct and committed in their assistance. Thank you very much for the opportunity and that you were able to meet the turtle 🐢 Otto, which the expectant mother especially raved about. The reason for our stay in the area was my son's surgery. Despite the rather serious occasion, we had a good time here. We were greeted with a fruit basket and generally the apartment was superbly equipped. The apartment was nice, clean and there was everything you need (even Netflix and Co!). Carla and Jacob are super accommodating and very friendly. Thank you for everything! We can absolutely recommend your apartment.

Warm and caring reception, host always available. We also particularly liked the many cookbooks on the bookshelf, and numerous tourist information was also available. We felt very comfortable, even if we could hardly use the wonderful garden due to the bad weather. Highly recommended!!!

We stopped at Felix’s place on our way home from Switzerland. We really liked the apartment. It is spacious and beautifully designed and furnished., and a short distance from the autobahn. The large garden is shared with the other apartment but as there was no one staying there we had the garden to ourselves. We drove the short distance into Gernsheim centre and had a meal at a lovely restaurant by the Rhine.

The place was very clean and very cozy. The location is also very nice overall and is a good place to unwind. Overall really very satisfied.

The Winzerhaus is located in one of the most beautiful streets of the Palatinate, wineries, restaurants, a great café, and even the Rietburgbahn are perfectly within walking distance. The whole house is stylishly furnished, the large courtyard is very charming and the garden is large and has beautiful old fruit trees. There are many corners where you can sit wonderfully. We celebrated a birthday with the family, three dogs were also there and it was perfect. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was as described. Great. Only the wifi is not very good, but probably due to the technical circumstances of the place. I'd love to come back.

My husband and I were super satisfied and are always happy to be guests of Matthias and his friendly family. Absolute recommendation! Particularly pleasant for us were: the personal exchange; the spacious, modern apartment, well tempered on hot summer days; the fantastic roof terrace; the quiet location close to Kaiserpfalz, KunstForum, Burgkirche.

Was in the area again for work and in Markus' apartment. This is also equipped for a longer period of time with everything you need to live. The location is very quiet but well connected and Tanja and Markus were very nice and helpful as always. Glad to come back!
