A beautiful little apartment in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The connection to Mainz city center is also very good. We felt comfortable. Martin is a very nice host. Thank you!

I felt right at home. The communication, the amenities, the parking, check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated and accommodating (time) ... everything is really great!!!! ...you just can't be a late sleeper;) I would love to stay there again and again!!!!

The stay at Andreas' apartment was very pleasant. Check-in was super easy, and in the apartment itself I felt right at home. The amenities were more than sufficient, drinks and snacks were also provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfectly clean, which is very important to me personally. I can fully recommend to stay here.

The apartment had everything it offers in its photos, I was not surprised at all when I arrived because I was already familiar with it from seeing it before. Mats is a very friendly and helpful person. Next year I will contact him again since we came to visit one of our daughters

I thought the place was even more beautiful than in the photos. Beautiful private terrace, super good bed and anyway everything fine and of very good quality. Nice neighborhood and wonderfully quiet at night. I could really relax there. Nice contact with Romy-Penelope too. I'd love to come back.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The accommodation was even better than in the photos: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. We immediately feel at home there. The location is ideal in a quiet area. Jacuzzi and sauna available, very clean. Comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi – everything has been thought out to give an impeccable experience. Quick response and clear instructions from hosts 😄 I would recommend this place without a second thought and I will come back without hesitation if I come back to the area. Well located accommodation. Clean, welcoming and quiet environment, not far from the train station and the city center.

We stayed at the property with 8 adults and 4 small children. We felt very comfortable. The children had plenty of space to move around and in the evening we could barbecue and make a nice fire in the evening. Nadine and Erik were very helpful and everything you needed was in the accommodation. Thank you Nadine and Erik for the great vacation!

We spent 9 days there with our two velvet paws, very nice, quiet location, everything easily accessible, very good amenities, possibility to sit on a small terrace in front of the entrance, super friendly landlords, we will be happy to come back

3 generations of my family had a lovely long weekend away at this gem of a place. It's all the things you would expect from the photos - plus a trampoline in the back yard that the three year old adored and a huge range of books and toys that kept her occupied on the day it rained. Very highly recommended.

Katja both made very good suggestions for us and supported us to chech out comfortably by providing us with flexibility during and even after our stay. Thanks to her elegant fresh flowers and treats in the refrigerator she left for us, it was a meal for us even though we arrived very late on our first day. The cleanliness, location, silence, amenities were complete and good enough to be comfortable even if staying for a long time. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was a great experience and pleasure for us.

We felt very comfortable with Salvatore and Karina from the beginning. For our two-year-old grandson, the children's room with lots of beautiful toys was paradise. In addition, the children's house on the terrace and the trampoline in the garden (which did not excite him so much :-)) - the house is particularly suitable for families with children.

Our family of four had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would gladly return in the future! Pros: - Very modern, brand-new house - High-quality kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machine, sharp knives, dishwasher, etc.) - Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture, including cozy beds with soft, high-quality linens - Modern bathroom with strong water pressure, plus complimentary shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer - Electric car charging system was a great added bonus Suggestions for improvement: - There was some noticeable dust around the house, particularly on shelves, in drawers, and in the corners. Including a vacuum cleaner (in addition to the robot cleaner, which wasn’t very effective on the second floor) would be helpful, especially for guests staying longer. That said, this is a relatively minor issue compared to many other Airbnbs we've stayed in. Overall: Highly recommend this property—an excellent stay!

Nice and spacious apartment located in a quiet area where you can park. Close to supermarkets and big cities. Ursula and her husband live on the ground floor and are very friendly and helpful.

The four of us spent a fantastic weekend at the Schönlebenshof. Peter is a very nice host and everything worked out smoothly - from check-in to free charcoal. The courtyard is beautifully renovated and we enjoyed having breakfast here in the morning surrounded by nature. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment and garden invite you to relax. The location is ideal for hiking. Can only recommend!!!

The apartment was great and in a perfect location for touring the area. The apartment is spacious with modern furnishings and has everything you need. The bathroom is large and has great lighting. The windows in the living had a great view of the Rhine and a castle. As someone who loves castles, this is the perfect place.

Friendly welcome, we felt very comfortable right away. The beds are particularly noteworthy, super comfortable. From the house we could reach everything worth seeing in Worms on foot. Bakeries and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes. Saturday and Thursday is the weekly market, just a stone's throw away. I would like to rent this apartment again on another visit to Worms. Monika is such a kind soul, warm and welcoming. The location is on a hill which gives you a great view. The room is simple and neat, no unnecessary embelishment. Every single thing in there is needed for your stay. I'm definately going to return often as my new work place is in Bensheim and I have to be onsite periodically.
