The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023-February 2024 and almost continuously newly furnished. Located in the basement, the apartment is about 60 square meters and has a very spacious living room, including a pull-out sofa bed and a 65" TV, a new kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, a chic bedroom with double bed and a sizable hallway. The apartment has a separate entrance.

Our stylish and modern apartment is close to Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the Internet is already installed. Think positive, just put your phone aside and do other stuff. :)

Our house is an old agricultural estate typical for Rhine Hesse, which has been carefully converted by us into a holiday home. We tried to get as much old and hearty as possible without having to forego modern comforts. You will live in the house to yourself and be completely undisturbed.
