The homestead is 50 sq. m, two floors, with all amenities: toilet, shower, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, mini electric stove. There are also 8 sleeping places. Come to this great home with your whole family and your pets. For an extra fee, you can enjoy a heated whirlpool bath and a fully prepared kamdo mini barbecue.

You will be able to see breeding cattle, ostriches, geese, sheep, ducks, rabbits. Swim in a pond or clay bath, go fishing. Taste the mulberries during the season. You will feel a real rustic breath and peace with us.

There is a pond next to the house for swimming, as well as a fireplace, a barbecue area with equipment, and a terrace. In addition, if you would like, you can order a hot tub and sauna.
