Awesome stay at Xenio Avlais, the location permits to explore easily all the North-East coast of the island. The room was very good (just be aware that there are mosquitos so close the windows at night), the kitchen permits us to cook in the room which was very helpful. Thanks again to Nikos and Mary ;)

My friend and I had a wonderful vacation in this nice accommodation. The owner was friendly, clear and responded very quickly if you needed anything. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. We definitely recommend renting a car if you stay here, as you are not in the middle of the city (which we personally liked very much) The island is small so you only have to drive a short distance to all the nice places, so that's very nice! In short, highly recommended 😍

Absolutely delightful stay! Danai and Maria were very welcoming. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful location for exploring the island. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Klelia Cottage 7 nights and it was perfect. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was big and clean, looked exactly like the pictures, it was cleaned every day (like in a hotel), we got fresh towels and bed linen after 4 days. Beautiful small private beach is only 2mins walk from the apartment, the village is small and quiet - perfect if you rent a car/quad to explore the island and want to sleep at a quiet place. We would definitely recommend Klelia Cottage for your next vacation!

We had a great vacation at Laura's place! :) We spent a week in Zakynthos and the Airbnb has everything you need. The location is perfect to explore the island and walk by the water or into the city in the evening. The place was super clean and was even cleaned every 2-3 days by a lovely lady. We recommend the place immediately if you want to have a perfect Zakynthos vacation :)

The accommodation is a 10/10. In the city center of Zakynthos. Everything within walking distance. The hostess is VERY helpful and flexible and above all very nice. I recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation and can absolutely recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nikos, who really made an effort for whatever request we had. He was extremely accommodating and was always on hand to help and advise us with any questions or concerns. The service was first class - from the welcome to the check-out we always felt at ease. The accommodation itself was perfectly clean, tastefully furnished and offered all the amenities you could wish for. The location was perfect - quiet yet central, so we could easily reach all the main sights, restaurants and bars. Best hosts I have ever encountered. Warm, welcoming and genuine people.The place is a dream, in a quiet valley not far from the most beautiful sightings. you will be greeted by a lot of beautiful cats and a great coffee just down the road from the mini market. If you are looking for a nice and quiet place to live as a local, this is the perfect spot for you!

It’s a nice place to stay in Zakynthos (we stayed 7 days!). It has a good location, close to the AirPort (we took 8 min to the apartment), nearby markets, restaurants and the city center (with a lot of local stores). The only issue was to find a spot to parking - You can’t get in the apartment’s street by car (only by walking). After 9pm is easier but closer to main venue besides the sea. The apartment has a good space with plenty amenities, the bed is comfortable and bathroom is also good. The owner Dimitris is very friendly and answers any questions very quickly. I think the only issues were to find a parking spot and the WiFi connection was not stable / working properly everyday. Indeed we recommend this place and want to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is beautiful and has an excellent kitchen. The view is just as amazing as it is on the photos. Στελιος was very welcoming and helped make our time special! I highly recommend staying here! :)

Very nice and big appartement in a very good location to reach all the places one want to visit fast and easy by car. The pool is shared with the other appartements in the building, but we had it for us most of the time. The gym can be used in coordination with Sotiris. We would love to come back with friends to use the big and beautiful garden and grill area.

The apartment was perfect and would recommend if you are looking for a little luxury in Laganas. Clean, modern and in a great location. The air conditioning, combined with the huge celling fans were a great touch. Definitely the best apartment we saw in the area by far! Close to the beach and nightlife without having to be on the strip itself . The host is fantastic, and could not help enough. They arranged transfers to the airport and even transport for an evening in Zante town and arranged a return pick up late at night when we decided to come back. I have never come across such a helpful and responsive host, it really helped to make the holiday. Thank you!

While the experience was good overall, the pictures do not give a ‘full picture’ of how the place actually looks and may even be a bit deceptive. If you are keen on staying at lagana beach this is decent but I didn’t think price I was paying was worth it. The host was good though and very helpful. Just didn’t think the property was worth the price.

Exceeds my expectations, the house is better than the pictures, there is a large yard, the living room and bedroom both have a sea view, the host is very welcoming, and gave me olive oil when I left.I would recommend this house to my friends.Love it, don't want to leave

Me and my 4 friends loved staying at this place. The apartment was beautiful and everything was exactly like in the pictures. The host was also helpful and friendly. The area was peaceful and we liked how close to the beach the air bnb was! We loved the communal pool that was available to use everyday. Also the restaurant below the air bnb served really delicious food. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10 experience :)

House just like the photos, very clean, in a strategic location, convenient to all the main services. Not the best reception, incorrect location (compared to the address marked on the maps), difficult relationship with the host (often answered the next day or interfaced with other people). The breakfast provided is delicious every day, and the host is friendly. The pool and rentable items in the accommodation were also very nice.

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

We had a fantastic stay start to finish, we were very well looked after and the Airbnb was beautiful and very well kept. In a great location, with a great outdoor area we would definitely recommend!
