We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Wonderful stay in this lovely comfortable house, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and pleasant. Perfect for cutting yourself off from everyday life and going green. Very well located in the heart of the village and hiking departures. Absolute happiness thanks to the hot tub, a hot bath to the sound of birds. Olivia is very available and communication is very pleasant. For us, everything was perfect. Thank you for it.

Excellent accommodation, much larger that one may expect. Cozy, very nice garden that my kids enjoyed. Free parking in front of the house. Lidl is 5 minute walk.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay just a bit outside Calais. The outside was peaceful and pretty which was a great introduction to France for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (plus an amazing hottub!) Communication was quick and descriptive and plenty of fresh food for us to enjoy in the morning. Great value for money as well! Will definitely look to stay again!

the house is decorated with great attention to atmosphere. warm welcome and departure. we were there for 1 week and did not get bored. in risult itself there is nothing to do, but there is a lot of peace. there is also an outside and we were allowed to use the garden. everything just as atmospheric. the house has been recently renovated and equipped with every comfort. a top location and a nice host.

Beautiful house, very clean, modern amenities, one of the best places we've stayed. Gerda and Sigfried offered early check in, left a lot of food/snacks for us to enjoy. The house is spotless, even cooking tools and utensils appear new which is usually hard to find in Airbnb. The owners take care of the house as it was their own. The location is very quiet, a outside the center but it can be easily reached by bus or ~30min walk. Highly recommend!

We stayed as a couple in the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. The apartment was very clean and is comfortably furnished. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the large terrace. In the bed you could sleep very well. For bicycles brought along, there is a basement where you can safely store them. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking. The way to the sea is short, nearby there are bakers, grocery stores and restaurants. It was a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Fabulous apartment, great location, clean and tidy and tasteful, wonderful host. I hadn't quite realised the 'en suites' didn't actually have a toilet in them, although to be fair to Matthieu he did state in the description '2 independent WC's. One on each floor.'. So that was my misunderstanding.

It is our second visit and we again loved our stay! The hosts were very responsive, provided clear instructions for check in and check out. The location is easy to find, there is a free parking very nearby, self check in is very easy. The apartment is squeaky clean and has everything that you need. It is very close to the beach and there are restaurants in close proximity. The space is cozy and inviting, makes you feel right at home! What I most appreciated is the communication with the hosts and we are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!!

Quiet cottage in the farmhouse. We were warmly welcomed. We had a peaceful time visiting Belgium as well as the nearby villages recommended upon arrival. Be careful, however, don't forget to register your vehicle for visiting certain Belgian cities for low ecological emission zones because there is a risk of heavy fines if not done on time.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. Clean, bright, well arranged it is 2 steps from the Kursaal where I had to go to a conference. Close to the beach and nice restaurants, it can also be perfect for going to the sea... Bernard was super responsive to questions/answers. Anyway, I recommend it.

This beutiful apartment is in a little village outside the bigger village of Ypres. Perfect. Ann tells me that it's a lovely walk (I think she said about 45 min) to the village if you don't have a car - though I would recommend a car for exploring the area. The apartment is so cozy, clean and welcoming. And the bed is perfection. I just wish the weather would have cooperated and we would have been able to enjoy the shared garden. Though Ypres is much smaller than Brugge or Ghent - it's perfect. Great restaurants in the village square and a central location for all the drives to the WWI memorial sites. I highly recommend staying at Ann's apartment, it's a warm and comfortable space to start and end your long days of exploring.

The flat is super cute and located in a great location. It’s close to all central attractions with paid parking just 3 mins away as described. Also charged at the lot which was helpful with my EV. It is on a main road so can be a bit noisy, but I’d absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

Such a lovely cosy home! Gorgeous location, we were all obsessed with sitting on their balcony looking at the sea in the distance. Sylviane answered my million questions very quickly and we just had the loveliest end to our road trip. Thank you again for having us!

Very well located and very quiet apartment.

This was our 2nd stay at Sofie's. The apartment is very nice, nicely decorated, with a particularly thoughtful layout of the space. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the sea and all amenities. Only small downside: the terrace passes in the shade quite early in the afternoon so do not hesitate to provide a small wool to fully enjoy it. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!

We felt very comfortable! The view was fantastic and it was relatively quiet in the house and also on the beach. We will enjoy the few days off for a long time and also think about coming back again :)

We spent a long weekend in Ostend. This apartment is great for that. Liesbeth is a great host and is quick to reach. The apartment has its own parking space, which is very convenient. We got great instructions on how to find the apartment and the keys. As a result, all this was no problem. The apartment was well equipped and perfectly located, so it is very quiet in the apartment and you can also quickly get to the center and the beach. Thanks for the great stay!
