The apartment is a private part of a cozy home, with its own entrance and large outdoor area. Short distance to the beach, volleyball and tennis court. More hiking opportunities. Only 45 min to Bergen Sentrum. Included is an extra bedroom in a traditional gate building with beautiful views of the fjord, mountains and forest. Please note: - There is no private bathroom, so guests have to use the apartment's facilities. - The gate building is the only place without roller blinds, but sleeping masks are provided for a good night's sleep.

Welcome 😊 Here you can enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings in an apartment with its own entrance at the end of our detached house. Take a dip in the pool. You have the pool all to yourself. The pool is indoors in a separate house. Take a workout on the treadmill or just relax and enjoy the view of the sea, from inside or outside on the terrace. If you want to use the sauna, kayak, SUP board and/or boat with fishing equipment, we rent out all this. You can also borrow a boathouse when you rent some of the equipment.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful place. There is no traffic noise here! It takes 30 minutes by car to Bergen. You can also get to Bergen by express boat or bus. Good bus connections and short distance to grocery store. A great starting point for those who want to make themselves known in Nordhordland and Bergen. Free parking. There are nice hiking areas nearby, as well as swimming area and freesbee court. Meland Golf is a short drive away. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (2nd above ground) - elevator available.

Hiking trail of about 3 km in the forest/paths starts nearby, and at the barn there are opportunities for play and ball games. Crab cooker and fire pit are available for preparing the day's catch. Great 3-bedroom apartment with good standard close to Bergen. The bust is bright and cosy. Large window in front let in a lot of light. The complex is in walking distance to the bus stop and Frekhaug center with most daily tableware facilities. Here is beautiful nature with good opportunities for recreation such as hiking and fishing The golf course on Fløksand which is designated as one of Europe's finest, is only 10 km away. About 5-8 min drive to Knarvik and about 30 min. to Bergen city centre.

Vi leier ut vår koselige leilighet, i kjelleren av familiehjemmet vårt. Leiligheten har privat inngang. Den ligger 35min utenfor Bergen sentrum(med bil). 4km til Knarvik senter. Leiligheten fremstår moderne. Inneholder Kjøkken, stue, soverom og bad. Fine tur-, shopping og turist attraksjoner i nærheten. 8 min gangavstand til kollektiv transport. Motorveien er i nærheten, og en vil høre trafikken fra den når man benytter seg av uteområdet. Det bor også barn i huset over som kan gi fra seg lyd☺️
