A village house in the middle of Xelva to enjoy with friends :) very well kept

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

True gem! We felt right at home. The place is very spacious, central location, very safe walkable neighborhood and Cristina is an amazing host. We wish there were more than five stars to give to her place.

Nice accommodation in a small and welcoming village. After a few days you know everyone. Everything was perfectly organized with the host. Good communication, Paco is a huge source of information. Perfect for families with children, everything you need is present. We had a great time!

I had a wonderful stay in this accommodation. From the moment we arrived Pedro was very kind and attentive, always willing to help us with any questions. The facilities were spotless,very comfortable. The location is ideal, close to the beach, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The house is great. We went with our young son and we had everything we needed. It's perfect for relaxing and being quiet, but there are also many routes nearby for hiking or biking if you feel like something more active. The area is very quiet, you sleep wonderfully and it is ideal to disconnect. Cristina is a wonderful host. She's attentive to everything and if you need anything, just let her know. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation for a large family or group of friends. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 very comfortable bathrooms. It has 2 large terraces and a community pool. In a quiet area and very close to the beach. Parking at the door of the house. It's just as you can see in the photos, and the host Antonio is very kind and attentive to our needs. Finally, and as a recommendation, if it had a dishwasher, it would be 11 out of 10.😄

Easily accessible area, more than enough apartment. Great to have a garage and private terrace, especially thinking about high season stays. As a suggestion, when traveling with a baby, we could have used a microwave to heat up baby food or milk. The rest is phenomenal, with complimentary drinks and coffee.

Javier's house is wonderful if you want to disconnect. Being in a Masía you are in the middle of nature, it is fantastic for that. Also, you have the village a five minute drive. The area is very cool for trekking. The apartment is very well equipped and prepared. In addition to having everything you need, the space is very well cared for and cozy. Perfect for a couple who wants to disconnect, or a person with a desire for tranquility and nature. Javier has been a great host taking care of all the details, pending my arrival, and my return home. In addition to the kindness he gave me a lot of useful information about the routes I wanted to do. An outstanding treatment.

Had a very nice stay at Diana's apartment. Quick communication and a good reception by Carlos. Apartment is beautiful and very spacious, beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Great location 300 meters from the nearest beach and supermarket and eateries also a few hundred meters away.

We spent 5 amazing nights in pucol, Valencia. The flat was great and only a stone throw away from the beach ☑️ 🌞

Lina Maria's apartment is the most wonderful place to be in Valencia. It has the best views of the city and the apartment is wonderful and the energy inside it is absolutely magical. Moreover, Lina Maria is super nice, she will make you feel as you are at home and she responds immediately and very attentively. Everything is tastefully decorated and very clean. You won't find any better place in Valencia. Thank you very much Lina! We had a very great time in your beautiful apartment.

Juan Carlos, super friendly, personally welcomed us with fresh beers and ice cream as a welcome. We gave a lot of information about restaurants, what to do and places of interest. We did the stay as a family; the accommodation is as seen in the photos and description, everything in order, clean and very comfortable. Definitely a place to stay again!
