Vacation rentals with a patio in Alto Mijares

Wir haben uns 4 Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt in Marias Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was für einen längeren Urlaub benötigt. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt und jeden Samstag ist nur zwei Straßen weiter ein wunderschöner Bauernmarkt. Selbst für den Strand hat Maria Stühle und Sonnenschirm und zum Einkaufen ein Trolley. Liebevolle Begrüßungsgeschenke, wie Leckerlies für unsere Hunde und Kaffee und Kekse, sowie eine Flasche gekühltes Wasser waren hinterlegt. Wir können die Wohnung und deren liebevolle Vermieterin nur wärmstens empfehlen. Lieben Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in deiner mit Liebe eingereichteten Appartement.

Es un apartamento muy completo. De entrada muy atenta Laura, nos ha dado indicaciones y nos ha enseñado las instalaciones del Apt. Todo muy bien organizado, limpio, con los utensilios y accesorios de baño, cocina, habitaciones adecuados y es genial, muy agradecida con la anfitriona por la flexibilidad a la hora de salir. Nos han dejado agua en la nevera y colacao 🙏🏻 detalle que se agradece también. Muy a gusto estuvimos.

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy amplia y bonita. El acceso muy fácil y Tatiana responde a los mensajes con mucha rapidez. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en su casa.

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. The location was perfect From the moment I arrived, Alexandra was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with an amazing host. Parel in Pucol, wees er snel bij want dit gaat heel snel heel populair zijn. Rust, privacy, mooi, super verblijf en host is perfect. Wel een auto nodig voor de uitstappen in de buurt. Het verblijf is super lokaal en rustig, hou daar rekening mee / niet alle restaurants zijn steeds open maar met de auto op ca 18 minuten in Valencia centrum. De woning super mooi, zicht super, ontwaken en met een paar passen in zee zwemmen= magnifique. Een voltreffer. MAAR , zoals gemeld, zeker een auto nodig.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Hace mucho que sigo a Aurora como terapeuta ocupacional, y este proyecto del espacio compartido me pareció una idea genial para poder conocernos en persona, y tratar muchas inquietudes que con sus recomendaciones nos ayudarán a buscar soluciones. La casa muy limpia y ordenada. Era nuestra primera vez en este tipo de alojamientos, y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa esta escapada a la Vall d’Uixo, en familia , por supuesto incluida nuestra mascota. Un recibimiento buenísimo y una convivencia muy respetuosa. Siempre pendiente de nosotros, pero respetando nuestros momentos en familia. Nos ofreció el servicio de un cuidador de mascota para poder visitar las Cuevas de San Josep, y recomendaciones de lugares para visitar muy cerca de allí. Recomendable 100%. Ha sido un placer conocerte, a ti y a tu familia . Esperamos poder volver a vernos y contarte nuestros avances.❤️❤️❤️❤️🎀🐕🥰😘

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft im schönsten Örtchen im Umkreis! Einfacher Zugang per Code und bezaubernde Umgebung :) Die Kirchenglocken waren anfangs störend und laut, trugen aber schnell zum Urlaubsgefühl bei. Sehr zu empfehlen!

estuvimos muy agusto. el apartamento está muy bien equipado y en buen estado. Llegamos muy tarde y Jesús nos esperó para recibirnos y darnos indicaciones de la casa, un trato excelente. Solo estuvimos un fin de semana y lo que buscábamos era tranquilidad, así que fue una estancia acorde a nuestras expectativas.

Rafa y Maria son muy simpáticos y flexibles, el piso está perfecto, grande, limpio, con todo lo necesario dentro. Esta muy bien localizado justo al lado del mar, y la piscina al mismo piso lo que es muy práctico. Lo recomendó a 100%.

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

El apartamento de Sergio es mejor de lo que se describe y se ve en las fotos, está todo limpísimo, tiene muchísimo menaje en la cocina y la terraza y la zona donde se encuentra es una maravilla así como la bbq y la piscina comunitaria, es súper tranquilo y tiene parking privado, está solo a 10 minutos de Peñiscola. Sergio es muy amable y está pendiente en todo momento de que estes bien, te recomienda sitios y cosas que hacer. Volveremos seguro a este apartamento. Muchas gracias Sergio !

Sonia's place was the quiet spot we were looking for. Easy place to find with quick access to outdoor activities in Chulilla and surrounding area. Also, Sonia is a complete sweetheart and was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

A great place to stay with a baby! a very short walk to the beach and the host was very helpful with recommendations of what to do.
