Here there is good opportunity for hunting, fishing and mountain hiking just nearby. The area has many hiking trails of different levels of difficulty and length. In the winter there are good opportunities for all skiing and snowmobile activities with slopes nearby. Øksfjord is located about 30 km from the cabin and there you can take the ferry over to Sørøya which is Norway's largest island with no mainland connection. At the cabin you can see the northern lights dancing over the cabin on a clear winter evening or experience the light 24 hours a day on a summer evening.

The cabin is located in a well-established cabin area with prepared ski trails in the winter, and a large network of snowmobile trails where you can drive from the cabin and out into the wilderness. Here are nice areas for hunting and fishing, perfect for nature lovers. Ropeway and swing for the kids in the woods, and nice hill to sled in the winter. Sorrisniva, which is known for its amazing ice hotel, is a few km away. There is a great restaurant.

The area has varied opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities and experiences all year round. Please feel free to ask us for tips :) NOTE: The sleeping home is open and is not suitable for children. Children can use bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, or a movable floor mattress. The cabin has a hot water tank of 120 liters, there is hot water for 3 - 4 people.

Beautiful view of the Alta valley. Two bedrooms with double bed in each room. Bathroom. No place to store luggage outside of stay. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven (stove) -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Big porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

Relax in quiet Masi, the first floor apartment is close to water, the nearest is the fishing water Rougojàvri. Just near the river Màzejohka flows. From Masi there are barmark and winter trails, so both summer and winter it's easy to get in miles in the expanse. The apartment has a large outdoor area shared with the host who uses the apartment on the second floor as a holiday home. Dog and cat welcome. Possibility to add extra beds in large storage room or living room.
