Charmantes, ehemaliges Landarbeiterhaus ohne TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

Das historische Weingut wurde 1864 erbaut und wird seit einigen Jahren in Eigenleistung Gebäude um Gebäude saniert. Seit 2018 heißt es "Grünwalder Hof". Gleichzeitig bauen wir Schritt für Schritt auch den von den Vorbesitzern abgezogenen Weinbau wieder auf. Mittlerweile wurde auch die gesamte Wasser-, Elektro- und Gasversorgung komplett erneuert und eine Niedertemperatur-Brennwertheizung eingebaut. Aldi und Rewe sind rund 170 bzw. 260 Meter entfernt.
