Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.
