There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.

Bear Necessities by East Port Marina & Dale Hollow

Cabin is equipped with fireplace, WIFI, Smart TV’s, central heat and air conditioning, gas grill, and a hot tub. Bear Necessities can sleep 13 guests. The loft bedroom offers two queen size beds, and a private bathroom. The main floor offers a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen complete with stove top range and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living area offers a beautiful stone fireplace, and luxurious leather furniture.
