Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.

Thank you (and Daphne and Violet) for hosting us at Planetrees. What a lush oasis you have. We planned our annual family weekend away around staying in this gorgeous property. We thoroughly enjoyed roaming the stunning gardens, sitting outdoors and cosying up in front of the fire at night. We loved visits from the Dachshunds, and all the space to wander. The linens and towels felt luxurious, as did the beautiful soaps and washes in the bathrooms. Genevieve was a responsive and friendly host. Unfortunately our son fell ill and we had to leave the rest of our family at Planetrees after one night, but we hope to come back soon! Thank you 💛

We booked Kates place to celebrate our parents 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! You absolutely get what you pay for at this stunning property. It is spacious, peaceful, has everything you could need for a blissful stay and is impeccably clean. A nice walk into town but far enough away that you don’t notice the school holiday crowds. Incredible views of the mountains, lush grounds around the property and styled to perfection. We would highly recommend Kates home to future guests. Thanks Kate for your attention to details and for allowing us to experience your beautiful home this week. 10/10!

Had a lovely stay at Kay’s place — the home was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with beautiful scenic views. Great location and thoughtful touches throughout. Kay was a fantastic host, super responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home with complete amenities! We have all we need from Carol’s home. Very close to the town proper and very well located. The home is well maintained and so homey.
