CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

The open plan ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge which has a unique feature of 'exposed' bedrock forming a small cave! Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.

Located 15 minutes from the airport, with magnificent views. A deposit of €500 is charged, which will be returned at the end, and a 20kw electricity fee per day is included. If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors.
