Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

Walking distance to SNØ, grocery store and restaurants. Master bedroom with large double bed and guest room with smaller double bed. Perfect base for both city life and activities all year round with the forest as the closest neighbor as well.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which takes you to the city center in 25 minutes. About 1 minute away, you will find Stovner Center, which offers several restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, and other shops, a library, and a large fitness center. About 3 minutes from the apartment, you will find Stovnertårnet, which offers views of the city of Oslo. Behind Stovnertårnet, you will find Liastua, in a peaceful outdoor area where you can jog and run, bike, hike, or ski when there is snow.

Here you have, among other things, access to a shared roof terrace and the possibility to rent your own parking space in the garage at an extra cost. The apartment is located close to Helsfyr and Ensjø metro stations. It only takes 5 minutes to Oslo Sentralbanestasjon by subway. A selection of foodstores, restaurants and a pharmacy are also nearby. Here you live with a short distance to the city center.

The apartment has a very high standard and will make you enjoy visiting Oslo. There are 2 bedrooms with a dubbelbed for 2 persons in each bedroom. Also the sofa in the livingroom can be made up for 2 persons. In adition to the balcon in the apartment you can also enjoy the rooftop with spectacular views of the city.
