Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an absolut herausragend – wir haben stets sehr schnell Antworten bekommen und fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die vielen hilfreichen Empfehlungen, die unseren gesamten Trip noch besser gemacht haben. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war die Empfehlung von Carlos als Privatkoch: Er hat für uns ein fantastisches Dinner direkt in der Unterkunft zubereitet – ein kulinarisches Fest, das wir nie vergessen werden! Ein riesengroßes Kompliment an Carlos – und natürlich an die Gastgeber, die uns diesen unvergesslichen Abend ermöglicht haben. Wir würden diese Unterkunft (und Carlos!) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

We really enjoyed staying at Susana's apartment. It is a small one bedroom one bath, perfect for two people. Good size bedroom with tv, good size bathroom with walk in shower, well stocked kitchen with washing machine, a comfortable sofa with a large tv and a dining table. The big thing though for Gandia is the location, right on the north side of the Sant Pere park blasting sun all day on the balcony with a wonderful view over the park and to the mountains. The Paseo is only 200 meters away so a short walk to the the action part of Gandia. The apartment is not big, 40 plus square meters I would guess but its perfect for short stays, has every thing you need.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft! Sie ist wunderschön und bietet viel Platz. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, da das Haus in der Innenstadt liegt und die Straßen sehr schmal sind, aber wir wurden im Vorhinein darauf hingewiesen und uns wurden geeignete Parkplätze in der Gegend von dem Host vorgeschlagen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall!

Hemos pasado una estancia fantástica en la casa de Playa Miramar. La ubicación es inmejorable, a menos de un minuto andando de la playa. La piscina, aunque es compartida, prácticamente la disfrutamos como privada, ya que apenas coincidimos con vecinos. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. La casa estaba limpia, bien equipada y era muy amplia. Las noches en la terraza con barbacoa fueron todo un lujo. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y siempre pendiente de que estuviésemos a gusto. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.
