Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

Luisa was extremely friendly and helpful at all times, making sure our stay was perfect. The house is located in a privileged place, in the heart of Cabo de Gata, at the foot of the beach, which makes it the ideal destination to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings. We left absolutely loved our relaxing days. Also, the neighbors are equally charming, which added an extra touch of warmth to our experience.

As described, we had a perfect stay, can't say no more than that.

Nice apartment to rest with family and pets, with large patio to enjoy the nice weather of the area. Very tidy and clean. Always a pleasure coming back!

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great. Casa Corina is in a quiet and beautiful area with gardens, and you can walk to the beach. The house has plenty of kitchenware, and various cleaning and cooking products. There is a relatively large supermarket in the village, where you can buy what you need. The host is friendly, he left us welcome drinks and the language is not a problem. The only downside is that if you go in early June there are quite a few mosquitoes, until they fumigate, although the house has mosquito nets. It is recommended to consult with the owner beforehand on these dates. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

Felt right at home in this lovely house. only a few minutes to walk to the numerous restaurants, shops and beach. Our favourite part was the sunny roof terrace with beautiful mountain views. Luis and Roco were perfect hosts. Excellent communication and eager to please. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well located. Quiet area and close to all the sights we wanted to visit. Antonio is very attentive to everything we asked and the cleaning service is also very good. We will repeat in summer to enjoy the beaches.

The house is a pass, just like the location. The village of Mojácar surprised us pleasantly, it is beautiful. We were looking for peace of mind to spend a few days with a family by the sea, and that's precisely what we got.

The house is fantastically located in the middle of the village and in a very nice complex with pool. It is very spacious over three floors with three showers/bathrooms and a total of five terraces or balconies. The roof terrace is unique! Small drawback: the very small terrace on the first floor only offers space for a small table with two chairs, so we always had to eat on the large terrace on the 2nd floor. Here a new table for six people would be desirable, as well as a parasol.

We spoke with Juani and she was very helpful at all times, she gave us a list of things we could see and restaurants in the area, they gave us a little gift when we arrived, which we appreciated. The house is beautiful and was very clean, we went with a 4-year-old and he had many things to have fun with, a trampoline and air game, he even made friends with the neighbors. They have Netflix and we were able to watch a movie. They changed the pool code and Juani immediately gave us the new one. They gave us flexibility for the checkout, which is greatly appreciated. I'm sure we'll do it again next year because we came back very happy. Thank you ❤️ Notice to other guests, in Murcia there are many mosquitoes so I recommend bringing citronella or something for the skin for the mosquitoes. They had spray in one of the closets we used inside the house.

Amazing place to chill and relax. Wonderful terrace to enjoy the view of the sea while having coffee/tea/beer. Javier is very communicative and provided many tips and insights. We will totally come back.

We stayed at Casa Azul for a week. We used the garage as well. The house is lovely with high ceilings, a lovely living area and decent kitchen. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing with a view of the fortress. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. There is plenty to do locally and many restaurants and bars locally. We played golf at Alboran (twice) and La Envia which was most enjoyable. Juan was very helpful throughout.

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you needed and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and nearby there is everything you need on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on with us. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

Beautiful location right by the sea

Magnificent accommodation to visit Cabo de Gata or even not to go out all day and enjoy the pool and barbecue (we stayed for a week and it took us two days). Very well designed the outdoor area ( pool, garden, porch, …). Excellent parking (huge and easily accessible). Comfortable house with very well equipped kitchen. If you have to look for any inconvenience it would be that I only had a bathroom, but it was not a problem with the spectacular showers in the pool. Fernando has been a real host. We have gone to many AirBnB homes over the better or worse years, but very rarely to real homes ( once in Brooklyn and once in Cantabria ). It is very different to stay in a tourist accommodation designed specifically for that purpose, in a family home where everything is lovingly arranged for your own enjoyment. It's from the places we'll try to come back to for the cat rope and the place to stay.

Really lovely stay. Carlos and Elena were responsive and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect. Home is spacious and relaxing. If you have young children it’s worth bearing in mind that the stairs are a bit dangerous in places. Some fair sized gaps in the bannisters/railings which a child could easily fall through. But as long as they are sensible around them they should be fine. I would definitely recommend and would love to come and stay again.

It's been an amazing few days! We felt right at home. The place was even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean, comfortable and cozy! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the bathrooms are really nice and practical. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. ❤️ Even so, we were very comfortable with the heating and the autumn atmosphere. A 10!
