And also the apartment has a smart lock, smart TV, 2 air conditioners, 1 fan, dishwasher, in general there is everything for a comfortable stay. There is a parking lot, playground nearby. The residential complex has a Magnum grocery store, 5 cafes, as well as a INVICTUS GO gym. The residential complex is located near the central stadium, circus, theater, Baikonur metro station.

This was an awesome place, quite central and good value for money. The design of the flat is not very expensive, but is very creative and has all the necessities. It has a very spacious cloak room and the balcony is rather big and has a good view (you feel being in the city). It was a bit hard to get our stroller and luggage to the third floor, because there are no lifts in such houses, but there is nothing the host could have done about this. The host is very friendly and responsive, she answered all our inquiries right away.

Gulnara was very helpful and kind.She described every details even the transportation from airport to the apartment, also we took a tour around the apartment and she showed near by restaurants / supermarkets/coffee shops. Inside the apartment was modern and all details were thought. It was an easy and comfortable stay for me

I had a really comfortable stay with my family for a week:) I usually prioritize the condition of the accommodation. I was originally going to stay in a hotel for about 2 days, but the accommodation was so comfortable that I canceled and extended it by 2 days. We are a family of four, and it was nice for 4 people to use, it was the same as the photos, and there was plenty of kitchen utensils, and it was convenient to have an oven, microwave, and a washing machine. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, toothbrush, and hair dryer are all there. The bed was fluffy and the room was cleaned well. There's a convenience store right on the first floor of the apartment, and the subway station is in front of it, which is easy to get around. It was so nice that there were many grocery stores and restaurants that could be reached by walking nearby. The host was kind, guided me well, and communicated well It went smoothly. There was nothing I didn't like. The best part was that there were many parks in front of our apartment. I felt good every time I went for a walk. If I visit Almaty, I definitely want to go back.🖤
