Monthly Rentals in Almàssera

A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

We had a great time in Miguel’s place. The house is exactly like the pictures, is comfortable and has all the necessary items to cook. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with good shower. It is 30 minutes from the center (by walk), which is not close but there are plenty of public transportation options to reach there, and it is also a nice walk through the park to get there. We enjoyed our time there and really recommend it.

We especially loved discovering the local bars and restaurants—each one had delicious food and drinks! We really appreciated the little touches and how thoughtfully everything was prepared for our arrival. It made all the difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. Also , Rafa was a brilliant host , his instructions were crystal clear , and he gave us recommendations throughout the trip , even checking up half way through to see how we were doing and giving us further recommendations. Highly recommend this stay !

The apartment was bright, quite big, with a realy nice view. The building itself was a bit dated, but the apartment was clean and renovated. The location (and the parking) is great, especially if you are arriving by car. You avoid most of the traffic of the city center and you are near to the metro station (a few minutes walk). It is next to a shopping mall, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch or an evening coffee. The host was very helpful and responsive. It was a great experience and I would definitely visit again!
