Oceanfront apartment, a wonderful view of the boardwalk, the ocean and Cerro de San Martín. It is located on the third floor, so you have to climb stairs since the elevator does not work. The rooms are air conditioned. Daily electricity consumption is 20 kW. If this is exceeded, the cost per kW is $4.80. The meter is read at the beginning and end of the stay. It has internet and a TV with local channels.
