Take the Bike and get to Spain in 10 minutes, as well as a Basilica in 5 minutes and a Roman Bridge.

A restored house with all the comforts you need for a wonderful retreat and/or get-together with family and friends. This house is located in an old abandoned village near the river with a beautiful little beach. If you enjoy being in contact with nature, this is the ideal place; you can find otters, many varieties of birds, etc. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. The pool is shared with another house. Meals are available upon request.

A ground floor with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, garage and a large porch-dining room from which you can access the garden, and an upper floor with three bedrooms and a toilet.
