Everything was great! The apartment is situated in very nice neighbourhood with all the bars, supermarkets and walkable distance to the city center. Cristina is very nice and happy person. She gave me several tips for spending my spare time. Recommended !

Just returned from an unforgettable 7-day Beachfront experience! Thank you, Dameris. It is very well located, only 2 mins from the main beach Postiguet, and within walking distance of the centre of Alicante, the Marina area, and all main attractions. Bus and Tram stops are within a 5-minute walk. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony, where I spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the skyline and the sound of the Ocean. The apartment is spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen featuring all modern appliances. The bed is very comfortable, and the shower is powerful with constant hot water available. Dameris is very hospitable, generous, and kind. I felt very comfortable and at ease. She kindly provided me with Beach towel / Sun Umbrella and took time to share her home cooking, which was delicious and much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Modern Room in the heart of Alicante

I loved staying in Anny‘s place. Just before, I have spent 3 nights in a Melia Hotel and I was surprised to have slept better in Anny‘s place! Instructions to enter were clear and easy. The place is very central in a big shopping street, nevertheless quiet and private, max 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min walk to the stroll in the harbor. I could not have found a better spot! Also there was shampoo in the bathroom and all other amenities, towels provided. 6/5 stars! 🤩 Thank you Anny!

Really beautiful apartment, extremely clean and super comfortable bed :) you can find anything you need in the room. It was really easy to find the place. It’s not in the strict centre but still very central so easy and safe to walk to all the restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions etc and at the same time calm and quiet at night for comfortable sleep away from the noise of restaurants and bars. Antonio was very nice and was replying to messages very quickly. Overall I highly recommend this place and hope that I will have a chance to come back one day :)
