We were very comfortable because the layout of the house is perfect. Too bad we went in winter and couldn't enjoy the pool. Very good communication with the contact we had. Very good value for money. 100% recommended

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The perfect place. The house is perfectly maintained, with an ideal orientation and spectacular views, mountain and beach from the terrace, ideal to disconnect. Gonzalo is an exceptional host, he cleared up all our doubts and helped us settle in upon arrival, of course it shows that he cares about his guests' stay. My children really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the view, which is beautiful from the pool. We'll definitely repeat, Thank you for all Gonzalo

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It's a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case, we were going to rest and enjoy the house, so it wasn't a problem. Communication with the host has been very quick and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

We came back to this amazing rural house and once again had a perfect stay. Everything is spotless, smells great, and every detail is so well thought out — from the pool, barbecue, massage chair, billiards, darts, and board games to a fully equipped kitchen and tons of TV channels. You don't need to leave the house for anything — it's the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Martyn and his wife are truly exceptional hosts: kind, thoughtful, and incredibly meticulous. You can tell they put their heart into everything. We’ll definitely be back again — it already feels like our little peaceful getaway. Highly, highly recommended.

Very nice and quiet place, super clean, in untouched nature. Perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Miguel and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. The restaurant is beautifully traditional with very tasty food. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well kept and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we did not hear anything despite the town being in the San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She's a super thoughtful host and I would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is a dream, just like the photos. The kitchen is well equipped for those of us who like to cook. The parking is very comfortable, it is not roofed, but an SUV can enter without problems. The WiFi speed ranges from 200 to 400 Mbps, ideal for those who work remotely. The sunsets, as it says in the descriptions: the best in Spain.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, very nicely decorated to feel good. Direct access to the beach and sea views. The communication was very easy, friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would book this apartment again at any time!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. We've had the perfect stay at Casa Alta. A wonderfully secluded and peaceful spot with stunning views and sunsets. It’s really spacious inside and we loved the way it’s done out. Great to have a balcony on the north side and the south facing one, to have a place to retreat in the shade. We didn’t need to use the aircon as it is an old house with thick walls but I can imagine that would be a godsend in the summer. As my wife and I were here for a cycling break it was great to be able to lock our bikes away in the outhouse - you could easily fit 6 bikes in there so it would be nice to come back with a group. The nearby Sierra Espuna national Park is amazing for all day on-road cycling. Good fitness required, but roads are generally smooth and traffic blissfully light. The whole area must be just as good to explore off-road or on foot, possibly something we'll be back for in the future :) Thanks for the stay Allison, and for all your advice and help. We had an amazing trip as a family of 5. The location was perfect, we rented a car to get around and used the car parking space. The community was safe and secure. The pool was beautiful. The Villa was clean, comfortable and felt like a home from home with access to all apps via the tv and a great kitchen / dining area set-up. Restaurants, supermarket and beach were within easy reach. Check-in and out process was easy and smooth with host meeting us on arrival to show us around. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We loved Francisco and his place very clean and comfortable. Fantastic patio for sitting outside. He was very proactive with helpful instructions and local recommendations. Would love to come visit again.
