Mourad's place is located in a very quiet residential area with underground parking + elevator + 24-hour caretaker. During our stay, the road was fully paved so the reviews of other tenants indicating dented road is no longer relevant. You will find everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher, linens, towels, cooking. We stayed for 18 days. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Mourad is very responsive despite jet lag with the United States. Usually respond within 1/2 hour. You can rent the property without any problem.

Comfortable, bright apartment with veranda in the heart of Algiers

Welcome to my charming apartment renovated in early July 2024 You will be in the heart of Algiers, in one of the lively districts of the capital, a 3-minute walk from the Botanical Test Garden, taxis, metro and tram. And yet you will be quiet, in this large apartment well insulated, air-conditioned, equipped with cistern so no water cut, full of light ,and fully equipped with new. In short, a nice surprise and I look forward to welcoming you there.

I rent a very zen apartment, has all the amenities, 2 minutes from Opéra d 'Alger. If you like couples outside weddings refrain, same for young people who want to do receptions, it's not worth contacting me, please. I just rent to families, single men or women with no mix, and married couples. Thank you for understanding. Direct and easy access to the Algiers-Dar Elbaida highway (airport), as well as the Blida-Tipaza highway.

Great place! Big, spacious, clean and the host responded very quickly to our request even tho we contacted him at the very last minute! The check-in went smoothly! The apartment was equipped with all the necessary tools. Living and bedroom with access to the balcony which was a nice plus! Bed very comfy. Bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Well everything you need and more. Area also very calm and in a nice, secure area! Highly recommended.

Bouchra’s place is the one to book if you want to enjoy your stay in Algiers. 5 minutes by car from downtown and 10 minutes from my favourite bars and restaurants. The appartment is nice, clean and well located. Bouchra is an amazing host.....proof: that was my second stay there 😉
