Das denkmalgeschützte, sanierte Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1895 liegt in Alleinlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ferienregion Alfsee. Das Ferienhaus bietet über zwei Etagen viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und verfügt über ein offenes Wohnkonzept im Erdgeschoss. Ein Mix aus altem Charme und Modernität verleiht dem Haus Gemütlichkeit. Direkt im Grünen gelegen, ist die Unterkunft ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Besondere Highlights sind die Sauna und der an der Hase liegende Steg.

Additional sleeping options: 2 single beds (90 × 200) Price includes final cleaning, laundry package (towels, bath towels, bed linens), utilities and parking space.

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Cozy cottage by the Alfsee

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful, newly renovated cottage with bathtub and enjoy the large, secluded garden with a partially covered terrace in a very quiet location. Soccer gate and sandbox are in the garden, four playgrounds is in walking distance. You can use all the highlights of the Alfsees (water skiing, trampoline, go-kart, etc.), as well as the extensive sauna landscape "Alfen Saunaland".

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehen Hills in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a climate-promoting grass roof. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 persons. Wifi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of order

Alfsee lake attic house

We bought the cottage in October 2023 and are in the process of renovating and refurbishing it for the guests. We'll keep you updated and will upload photos regularly. We are delighted to present this beautiful vacation rental to you from 2024. * For additional storage space, a cute storage shed is available where you can store bicycles (charging of e-bikes), sports equipment or other items.
