L'appartement est très bien, très calme, de bons lits et le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et disponible. Pour aller dans le centre il faut prendre le bus mais il est rapide, environ 20'. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Buen lugar para descansar y conocer las afueras de Valencia. Gabriel como anfitrión excelente, genera una estadía acogedora. Lo único a tener en consideración, es que si quieres recorrer el centro de Valencia, los trenes desde la estació de nord de Valencia a Catarroja pasan hasta cierta hora en la noche, por lo que es importante tenerlo en cuenta al momento de regresar al alojamiento.

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!
