A newly renovated holiday home approx. 17th century ground floor + upper floor is rented. The holiday home is located in Alf and is only a few minutes about 80 meters from the Moselle. The cozy, open living and dining area invites you to relax. The ground floor and upper floor together have a living space of approx. 70m2. Suitable for 4 people! The bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet are on the upper floor. Sleeps 1x double bed 1x sofa bed on the ground floor for 2 people.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
