It is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. It’s a great location, within walking distance of many good restaurants at the Gleem. The apartment is quiet, on the top floor (12) of the building. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. The living room is spacious with a Greek decor. It has one large bedroom with sea view and one small bedroom. There is a great balcony overlooking the sea. Nehal is a gracious, accommodating host who makes her guests feel at home.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight for me was the breathtaking sea view from the balcony, it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the fresh linens to the fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea!

Simply the place was as they said in the description and matching the photos it’s accessible and in a very good location near montaza park. beside that mr shady was so decent,welcoming and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Mrs. Hanan's villa. She was a warm and accommodating host, even welcoming our family dog. She provided thorough information for our stay, making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and stocked with essentials, and snacks were kindly provided upon arrival. Mrs. Hanan also offered us a flexible check-out time, which was a much-appreciated gesture. The property is conveniently located within a short walk to the sea and features a great pool. We were truly impressed by the whole experience. We recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our trip was definitely the backyard, which was everything we hoped for and more. Our family loved spending time cooking together and enjoying the swimming pool. I also want to give a special shout out to Amr. When we got lost on our way to the Villa, he was incredibly helpful and guided us. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Everything is like the description and the location is beautiful on the Corniche and against Glim Bay, but the sound of cars remains annoying at bedtime .

Yasser is cooperative and honest and tried to make everything easier for us.
