Open a bi-fold window bringing in the gorgeous ocean views and letting streams of fresh air and light glide across polished hardwood floors and chic furnishings within this sparkling home. Cook breakfast in a glossy, minimalist kitchen before taking a short stroll to the beach. Relax and unwind in the evenings in this comfy abode, enjoying a glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun set. Brand New!!! Come and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of our apartment. The apartment has been custom built on our property and is the one and only apartment. We are located in the golden triangle of Alexandra Headland up on the hill and the apartment has been built to ensure capturing of the ocean breezes and views. Close to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Cotton Tree and Maroochydore. There are numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance or a short drive. It is a great central place to begin to explore the Sunshine Coast. We do not provide breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a sandwich press, a microwave and fridge so you can make your own easy meals. NOTE: there is no cooktop available. The apartment is all yours! There is an outdoor shower available downstairs so that you can rinse off after the beach. There is lots of street parking available, usually just across the road. As the apartment is located at the back of our property it is extremely private, however we are here if you need assistance or local advice. The home is set in Alexandra Headland in the middle of the Sunshine Coast and a short walk from wonderful beaches, surf clubs and sunny cafes. Within walking distance to Mooloolaba, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and charming shops. Getting around by car is easy. There are buses nearby which run regularly and will transport you anywhere on the coast from Caloundra to Noosa. There is a shuttle service from the local Sunshine Coast Airport (20 mins) and also from the Brisbane International airport (approx 1 hr). Taxis (Suncoast Cabs) and Uber are also available.

From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various restaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

A super comfy apartment just across the road from the beach. The place was clean and comfortable, just as shown in the pictures. Paula was very friendly and prompt to call and help when I couldn't figure out the lockbox, which was much appreciated. Lots of good options for places to eat and grab a coffee within easy walking distance. The carpark was quite tight, so it was good not to need the car at all! If you had a larger vehicle or were in and out a lot, there is lots of street parking about. There are only glimpses of the ocean from the balcony, but it's still a nice outdoor space to enjoy in the afternoon, and so easy to cross the road and be right at the beach. Would recommend.

A gorgeous place to stay! Everything has been thought of for a complete home away from home stay. Exceptionally clean, location was spot on, pool was enjoyed. Everything is as pictured. The place had everything! Thank you. Would recommend and stay again.

Our stay was just perfect! We arrived for a week’s holiday and the apartment had everything we needed, plus amazing pool area and fire pit. The apartment itself was so clean and everything like new! We were able to walk down to the main beach at Alex’s Heads within a few minutes, which was ideal with children! Our host’s Gary and Tanya, were so friendly and very quick to respond to any needs throughout our stay. Gary is truely a super host! We loved our stay and would very happily recommend their property and stay again!

Stayed for six weeks here on a work trip and was very comfortable, in Kirstie’s immaculate unit! Beautifully renovated and decorated. . l loved the ocean views and ability to walk downstairs to cafes and exercise along the beachfront from Mooloolaba to Cottontree. Kirstie and David were so quick to respond to my messaging and always so helpful.
