Please inform us before arrival whether the two single beds in the smaller bedroom should be arranged as a double bed for a couple. Balcony for smokers. Raised ground floor, only 7 steps! Late arrival is no problem!

Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

If possible, I’ll be there to welcome you on the day of your arrival and show you round the studio. There’s a guest book on the table where you’ll find my own favourite spots for eating, drinking, running and shopping... You can message me via Airbnb at any time . I’ll reply as soon as possible and, should any problems arise, I’ll suggest solutions and help out if necessary. The City of Berlin levies a 7.5 per cent bed tax per night; this amount is included in your price.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The apartments are in the front part of the building on floor 2-4. (without elevator).

My spacious and loved atelier place is located in the heart of Berlin Mitte. It is surrounded by cafes, shops and galleries. It is lovingly planned and furnished to its detail. Beside the living area in the main room it also has a lot of working areas. The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by.
