Amazing place to stay! Really peaceful spot with stunning views from the living room. I could watch the otters as I was drinking my tea. Clean, comfy and I had 0 issues. Easy communication with the hosts and I highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about Mrs. Yvonne and this place. The view is stunning, the property and host were amazing and the activities near by were so easy to get to! Yvonne was super knowledgeable of the area and was always willing to help with any questions we had! If you visit Kodiak, this is a great place to stay!

The place was perfect for a week of quiet time doing some work and some fishing. Close and easy access to the small boat harbor and surrounding shops. Laurie was responsive and wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The kitchen was well stocked, back deck was wonderful to enjoy in the morning & evening, bathrooms/bedrooms were spotless. Everyone kept commenting on how well stocked the place was. Beauitful view too! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Until next time!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Everything was brand new, the kitchen was well equipped, it was quiet, and the beds are really comfortable. We had our own parking space and the manager was extremely communicative and welcoming.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property! The hosts were very kind and helpful….couldn’t ask for better hospitality. Comfortable and cozy room with amazing views. We even saw whales and sea lions right from our bedroom window. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

So lovely with an amazing views and great set up with all the amenities you need to be very comfortable a a peaceful place with sea otters on occasion right out front and also close to town too! We are so happy with choosing Okiyo’s place highly recommend it and would absolutely choose it again in a heartbeat!

Lacey's place in Kodiak was perfect for us and Lacey is an awesome host. The place is spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. I highly recommend it and won't hesitate to book it again on any future visits to Kodiak!

Stayed here before, so we knew what we were getting. Had some minor problems with the heating, but Manuk was quick to get them resolved. We look forward to our next stay.

Born and raised on the island, but staying here felt like a new world! What a beautiful piece of Kodiak. The house was spacious, clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Jeff and his wife were so kind and opened their beautiful home to our family. Would love to come back and stay again one day. The banya was hot, the views were exceptional, and we loved the peace and tranquillity. Beautiful beaches, four wheeling, paddle boarding and site seeing.

We come to Kodiak every year for the fishing. That said we weren't at the house during the daytime but the views of the harbor with boats going by in the evening and the kitchen had many extras like spices, dish soap, laundry soap made Okiyo’s place stand out.

This place was a lovely little place to launch from for our trip to Kodiak. The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
