Claudio gave us very clear instructions prior to arrival, the place turned out to be very private and cozy, with a wonderful environment. The service we received was very friendly and we felt very happy during our stay. We definitely want to come back!

Wow, what a wonderful place. We spent a very special 6 days at this amazing home. It has a great style and amenity including a washing/ drying machine not included in the description. We had a number of meals at home as we so enjoyed being there in the evening. Fire on and comfortable chairs, cosy bed and lovely place to see the stars. We had a lovely time watching Romana’s many chickens, her lovely dog and visiting black cat. As a 70 year old I found the step into the bath for the shower a little tricky so a warning for those with poor mobility. Romana gave us excellent help and advice on places to go, restaurants and sights. She was very responsive via WA and right next door. We really enjoyed talking with her - her English is good. I was worried that things would be closed over Easter but there was plenty open in Puerto Varas and nearby. Even on rainy days (not uncommon in this green area) we were happy by the fire. We loved the nearby Jumbo supermarket!

Juan Ignacio was very friendly and always very willing to answer any questions and give good advice about natural attractions. The environment is quiet, which is appreciated to rest. A car is required to get there, although there is a bus stop right at the entrance to the house, so you could find out the schedules and even go without a car. I highly recommend the house, very nice!

The cabin was just as described and as shown in the photos. Sam was in contact with us at all times and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and places to visit with very precise directions. Alex (co-host) was very friendly and always responded, he provided us with firewood to keep the cabin warm. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the bedroom is comfortable and the bed is spacious with a mattress in perfect condition. We stayed on cold and rainy days, at night when the wood heating was turned off the bedroom felt cold, but nothing that couldn't be solved using more blankets. The pets of the place... friendly, no problems. A few kilometers away there are restaurants and places to stock up on merchandise. The view of the lake and the volcano are unique. Sam kindly offered to extend the check-out at no cost.

Excellent cabin to disconnect as a family, very well-equipped and with impeccable service from the hosts, private access to the condominium and close to the store (less than 5 minutes), it has beautiful pets, we will definitely be back.
