Monthly Rentals in Aldaia

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

We had a great stay at Enrique’s place! He’s a fantastic host—always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We stayed for over a month and everything went smoothly. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was perfect for our work needs. The location is very convenient, with a few shops just a 3-minute walk away and local buses that take you straight to Valencia. You might hear some noise during the day from a nearby school and football pitch, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!
