Vacation rentals with a patio in Alcossebre

Joli appartement avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, le salon et les 2 chambres. Lieu calme et facile d’accès, à côté d’un camping où il n’y avait pas grand monde étant donné la saison. Le logement se situe dans un complexe avec de nombreux logements. Parking en sous-sol non utilisé car un peu étroit à mon goût. L’environnement est paisible par rapport au reste de la ville d’Orpesa où il y a de nombreuses barres d’immeubles. Le logement est sympa et bien agencé. Il manquait d’équipements (bouilloire, cafetière, séchoir etc) et était plutôt sale avec beaucoup de poussière (sans doute parce qu’il n’était pas occupé avant) notamment la terrasse. Literie très confortable. Communication avec l’hôte très facile par la messagerie.

Es un apartamento muy completo. De entrada muy atenta Laura, nos ha dado indicaciones y nos ha enseñado las instalaciones del Apt. Todo muy bien organizado, limpio, con los utensilios y accesorios de baño, cocina, habitaciones adecuados y es genial, muy agradecida con la anfitriona por la flexibilidad a la hora de salir. Nos han dejado agua en la nevera y colacao 🙏🏻 detalle que se agradece también. Muy a gusto estuvimos.

Una experiencia maravillosa, Jessica se porto de 10 con nosotros y también nos recomendó algunos restaurantes que visitar cuando le preguntamos, pese a que el check out era a las 11am nos dio libertad para pasar el día entero en el apartamento y poder irnos sin ninguna prisa. Es un apartamento que recomiendo encarecidamente, la atención y la ubicación lo valen. Pd:Las vistas del ático dan al mar y al casco antiguo haciéndolo una ubicación privilegiada.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Vinaròs. Shopping, Restaurants and Beach only a stone throw away from the location. Lots of Space and kitchen amenities to feel at home!

Notre séjour dans cette ville a été très réussi. Je remercie Marìan qui nous a très bien accueuillis, conseillés et aidés. Deux belles plages, un très joli village et de nombreuses activités à proximité,(paddle, jazz, magazins, bars, boîtes, restaurants). L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et confortable, avec une vue très sympa.Reste compliqué le stationnement si vous avez une voiture. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Es el segundo año que repito, porque me gustó mucho y la estancia fue muy agradable. La única pega es que este año ha llovido, pero el tiempo es el que es. Todo genial.

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en el apartamento de Elisa, la ubicación es muy buena justo al lado del paseo de la playa y el complejo residencial muy tranquilo. El apartamento es ideal para pasar un días y relajarse, pequeñito pero preparado y muy coqueto, Elisa ha sido una anfitriona de 10, preocupándose en todo momento que todo vaya bien, repetiremos!

I and my family found the house very conveniently located, just a stroll away from the town of Vinaros and the main sandy beach (the one just in front is a pebble beach, nothing wrong with it, just a matter of preferences). The house was fully equipped with everything one can need for a one-week stay (or longer). The little garden was very well cared and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The host was always responsive, flexible and really nice. Communication with her was very easy. There is also access to a common pool area, but we didn't use it much. Only thing to mention, perhaps, is that the house is on two levels connected by stairs.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

The hosts surpassed all expectations, they were a delight. So warming and welcoming from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, always ready to answer any questions/queries. Such a lovely peaceful place to chill with all the home comforts you need. Not to far to travel by car to visit the beach,shops etc. I was humbled by how much kindness was shown by the lovely hosts, going out of their way to make it a special Easter for us by buying us some local traditional cakes & a delicious homemade "Frittata" which was left unexpectedly by our front door after a busy day touring. We hope to see you again in the future, hopefully my Spanish will be better 😀

La estancia ha sido estupenda, un lugar muy bonito, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, llevábamos un bebé y disponen de cuna con sabanas y trona. Zona tranquila para disfrutar, patio con barbacoa y zona para comer estupenda! con sombras y una piscina pequeña pero suficiente para darte un baño. Lugar sin mucha cobertura pero disponen de wifi que va perfecto. Sin duda repetiremos! gracias Sabina ha sido una estancia maravillosa.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Realmente estamos muy agradecidos con Remedios por su amabilidad y cordialidad en todo momento. La casa estaba espectacular, tal cual lo mostraba en la publicación, no solo eso sino que sumamente limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para pasar el tiempo que fuese necesario. Nosotros pasamos 3 días y 2 noches allí y fueron increíbles. La piscina, la casa, todo! Obviamente volveremos en cualquier momento.

Все пройшло чудово, господар без жодних вагань дозволив нам поселитися раніше. Це було дуже важливо тому що ми були з дітьми і подолали далеку дорогу. Квартира відповідає свому опису, є все необхідне. Особливе значення має тераса, яка велика і з гарними краєвидами

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Lage war perfekt nah am Pool mit Strandblick und Strandzugang und 10 Minuten Autofahrt in die Stadt und zu den Supermärkten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich! Sheila war sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns liebe tips für den Ort gegeben. Der einzige negative Punkt war, dass das Fenster bei dollem Wind sehr laute Geräusche macht. Sehr empfehlenswert!:)

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia fantástica, una casa súper cómoda, con un patio ideal, con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y acogedora. Siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad y pendientes en todo momento. Relación calidad precio extraordinario, re comendable 100 % y Deltelebre y sus alrededores una zona preciosa para visitar.

Rafa y Maria son muy simpáticos y flexibles, el piso está perfecto, grande, limpio, con todo lo necesario dentro. Esta muy bien localizado justo al lado del mar, y la piscina al mismo piso lo que es muy práctico. Lo recomendó a 100%.

La estancia fue genial!!!! Fuimos 4 adultos y Sam nuestro golden. Sam y nosotros disfrutamos mucho de la terraza, es lo mejor y por eso escogimos la casa de Noelia. Por dentro e igual que la terraza, la casa está llena de detalles. Noelia nos aportó mucha información de la zona. La playa está a menos de 10min andando y es genial para ir con perro. Gracias por todo Noelia. Esperamos volver el año que viene. Muy recomendable para ir con perro.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.
