Monthly Rentals in Alconàsser

The location of this place is just amazing! Your own sunset view and a private staircase down to the sea (great snorkling). The garden is huge and very private. Has multiple places to sit/lie down - both in the shade and in the sun. The ping-pong table was used daily :0) Both inside and outside it is evident that a lot of attention has been put to the details - furniture, kitchenwear, art, flowers etc. We had planned to do more excursions, go out to dinner more. But ended up not leaving that much… The host was friendly, proactive. All interaction as smooth as you want it to be. Downsides? Well the road down to the house (and then up to the main road) is not for the faint of heart. Do not book the largest rental car. One can park at the nearby restaurant though that has a much easier access, and then walk down 5-10 minutes. An outdoor shower would have been nice, although quite a minor comment with a pool, the sea closeby and 2 showers inside. A place we plan to come back to!

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

Beautiful place near the mountains and the ocean. Easy drive to town, very private.

We had a really great time there as a family, beautiful sunsets. the host Elisa was very nice, drove with us the way down to the house. better to have a car that isn't too low.
