You'll be 20 minutes from the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains and downtown Knoxville and 10 to the Knoxville Airport. This property is stunning, and we strive to include anything you might need for your stay whether you are vacationing with family or traveling for work.

The Cabin at the Willows

Our handcrafted wood cabin has an ideal central location less than a half hour from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for hikers and Cades Cove visitors. Likewise we are 25 minutes to the University of Tennessee for football games or college visits. Maryville College is just 3 miles away and McGhee Tyson Airport only 6 miles. This homey cabin with a great room/high ceiling roominess is tucked down near a creek with relaxed privacy and a front porch ideal for chilling out in a rocker.

The Perfect Idyllic Getaway

Flanked by an old hardwood forest and up a secluded curving road, The Treehouse is a picturesque, charming A-frame renovated in 2022. An oasis in the middle of all the popular vacation destinations, it is close to downtown Knoxville and all the restaurants, shops, and city attractions. The beautiful stained glass entry doors, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and expansive windows welcome in the private, wooded property. Two bedrooms, new bathrooms, decks, and stylish furnishing will delight you.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Little River Cabin in the Woods

Upon your arrival to this secluded setting, you will find a charming modern log house. No detail has been overlooked in the decor and furnishings to make you feel at home. On the main floor is a generous living area which includes a contemporary kitchen with many amenities, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room, if needed. Up the staircase is the loft with a king size bed, a twin XL daybed and a sleeper sofa. Pls note: this property is unsuitable for children 12 and under.

Feels like you're out in the country but just outside the city limits. Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. Parking is posted as “Happy Camper”

Welcome to Memaw's! No, my "Memaw" did not live here! I purchased this place only because I opened the door with a skeleton key and envisioned it becoming a cool mid-century modern nightly rental. I envisioned guests coming and showing their kids momentos from their childhood and how things "used" to be in a more simple time.
