A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Beautiful studio in an oasis of tranquility but very close to downtown, seven minutes by car. Here you can study, work, or just relax, whatever you want. It is a fully equipped independent studio located on the first floor of a single-family house. It has no elevator. The bed is 150x200cm. It has a sofa with chaise longue and smart TV. It has a small kitchen with everything you need for everyday life, a large bathroom and a dressing room.

We only stayed one day but we felt right at home. Jose Maria was very nice, not to mention the beautiful Frida who is always with you! Hahaha The house was beautiful and in a very quiet and natural environment. It was very comfortable and I recommend it 100%! And it's a 15-minute drive to downtown Murcia, so it's very convenient.

Quite cozy. The room is separate from the others, you don't hear the noise of the other guests. The house has the master bathroom and a guest bathroom (without a shower). The photos show a mini fridge and microwave, which are in the room. The site is well located Rosi is active, always responding and helping.
