Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

Just like other reviews say, this place is PERFECT. It truly feels like home, with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The beds are very comfortable, with fresh, clean linens. The owner is extremely generous — providing dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and even women’s pads. It’s not one of those cheap Airbnbs where they give you the bare minimum. He even included extras like umbrellas, hats, and beach mats. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is spotless, and the balcony — with its beautiful view — is even better than in the photos. Location: Very close to the beach — we went swimming every day. Bars and restaurants are nearby, and grocery stores are just a few minutes away. It’s a beach town, about 20 minutes by car from the city. The apartment is easy to access, with an elevator and a secure, well-maintained building. Overall, we had an incredibly comfortable stay — highly recommend!

Excellent experience, spacious and comfortable apartment equipped with the necessary and tidy. Convenient elevator to go up to the third floor and shops and supermarkets within walking distance. About ten minutes to the metro station or the bus stop, both convenient for reaching the center in fifteen minutes. For us who prefer a quiet area to the bustle of the center, it was a super perfect solution!

Jamie was very help-full and informative. As expected for 5star host. Property located in (looks like) apart hotel with large nice entry hall. Two small convenience shops located on ground floor, plenty cafe/ice cream shops/restaurants in short distance. I won’t mention the beach and the sea - they are 2 min from the property and beautiful view from property balcony adds more while you having breakfast/lunch/coffee. Definitely consider to contact Jamie next visit to beautiful València
