Welkom bij Tiny Houses Ham 'Houten Huisje', ons knusse vakantiehuisje, ideaal gelegen in het hart van het fiets- en wandelparadijs Limburg. Dit charmante verblijf biedt alle comfort die je nodig hebt voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Ons huisje is gelegen achterin onze ruime tuin, waar rust en privacy voorop staan. Unieke chalet midden in de bossen, vlakbij talrijke wandel-en fietspaden. Deze chalet is een pareltje voor wie van rust houdt. Het domein is volledig omheind. Je kan de auto binnen de omheining parkeren. De chalet beschikt over nutsvoorzieningen water, elektriciteit en centrale verwarming en heeft een uniek uitzicht op de vijver. U kan er zeldzame vogels spotten zoals de ijsvogel. Er is wifi en een smart TV. Koffiezetapparaat is Senseo. In de buurt zijn eetgelegenheden en supermarkten.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Verderop in deze gang bevindt zich de badkamer die uitsluitend bestemd is voor de gasten van vakantiestudio. Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Many bicycle and walking routes. You can rent 2 electric mountainbikes!

Close to Kraainem metro station (10 min walk), bus stations, the airport (15 min ride) and Brussels’ ring and highway network. Also close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the European School and St-Luc hospital. The city center is easy to reach via metro line 1.

Cosy studio close to the centre of Leuven

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated in a calm neighborhood, built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
